The final qualifiers of the 2025 meet will be held on Tuesday, December 9. The first and only 2026 pre meet qualifiers will be Tuesday, January 27 at noon. The following week we will have qualifiers Monday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 3 at 9:30. Starting on Tuesday, February 10 qualifiers will be at 9:30 for the remainder of the meet.
On Sunday, December 14, 2025, Saratoga Casino Hotel will host a retirement ceremony for 14-year-old Standardbreds who raced at Saratoga Harness at any time during their career. The ceremony will begin at approximately 11:30 am. If you would like to participate, please contact Amy Gentile asgentile@saratogacasino.com by 11/26/2025.
Saratoga Casino and Raceway notices: The main track will be closed on Thursday 11/20/25 and Friday 11/21/25 due to fence repairs. If horses are entered incorrectly, the entry will be refused. This includes missing claiming tags, class drops and entering in incorrect classes.
Thanksgiving and Friday after Thanksgiving are administration holidays for SCH. Purse checks for Sunday 11/23, Monday 11/24 and Tuesday 11/25 will run on Wednesday 11/26/2025. Purse checks for Wednesday 11/26 will be cut on Monday 12/1/2025
Repairs to the main track fence are being completed today and the main track will be open Saturday, November 1st. A temporary starting car is expected to arrive tomorrow. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, live racing will take place on Sunday, Nov. 2nd as scheduled.
