NOTICE FROM SARATOGA CASINO HOTEL

Effective February 1, 2026, the use of sawdust for bedding will no longer be permitted on the backstretch at Saratoga Casino Hotel. The only allowable bedding material is shavings. Both bagged shavings and bulk shavings are acceptable. This is a requirement from our manure removal company.

Beginning January 19, 2026, anyone attempting to deliver sawdust to the backstretch will be denied entrance. If you currently use sawdust for bedding, please make arrangements with your supplier to switch to shavings, beginning

January 19th. If you currently have a supply of sawdust, it must be depleted prior to February 1, 2026.

Failure to use track required bedding will result in loss of stabling privileges.
