New Scratch Rule

Beginning October 22, 2022, horses scratched from the 7 or 8 post will not be allowed to enter for 7 days after the scratch date.

Good rule . But here we go it should be for all scratches with the exception of judges scratch some of us don't scratch just because we have the 8 hole and if I have a sick injured or lame horse I do believe they should have a week off between races .
